We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated worker to join our team in our Shipping & Machine Shop Saw Operator role. In this position, you will be the primary operator in both our shipping department and material saw operations. This will require working closely with our machine shop and assembly personnel in completing the work in a timely and accurate manner. You will also work closely with the operations director, planning and office teams to ensure work is prioritized, accurate, on time, and of the highest quality.

Primary Responsibilities
- Ensure products meet quality standards before shipment.
- Package and process orders accurately for shipping.
- Operate production saws to cut materials to required dimensions and specifications.
- Maintain material availability for machine shop operations.
- Coordinate with machine shop, assembly, and office personnel to support production schedules.
- Order and maintain shipping department supplies.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Receive, unload, inspect, and verify incoming steel deliveries.
- Follow all company safety and quality procedures.
Qualifications
- Successful experience with UPS shipping OR saw operation, or similar operations.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Well organized with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Dependable with a strong work ethic.

Hourly Pay: $20-24 hourly wage (based on experience)
