Vox USA is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Logistics Associate to join our team. This position involves preparing rental equipment for shipment, receiving returned equipment, processing inventory, and ensuring every order meets our quality and shipping standards.
This is a clean, organized warehouse/operations role with no heavy labor involved. The work consists primarily of packing and unpacking lightweight electronic equipment, testing devices, checking batteries, creating FedEx shipments, and maintaining accurate records.

Responsibilities
- Prepare rental equipment for outgoing shipments
- Create and process FedEx shipping labels
- Receive and inspect returned rental equipment
- Test audio equipment and perform sound checks
- Check equipment status
- Ensure all shipments meet Vox USA standards
- Assist with basic computer-based logistics and tracking tasks
- Help maintain a clean and organized workspace
Qualifications
- Detail-oriented and dependable
- Comfortable using computers and software systems
- Familiarity with FedEx shipping software is preferred
- Ability to follow procedures and maintain accuracy
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Experience in shipping, receiving, logistics, or warehouse operations is a plus
Schedule
- Monday through Friday
- Part-time or full-time available
- Half-day ( 10 am- 2 pm) schedule possible
