In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring every visit starts and ends with exceptional service.
What You'll Do
- Welcome guests with a positive and professional attitude
- Take food and beverage orders accurately using the POS system
- Process cash, credit card, and digital payments
- Answer guest questions regarding menu items and promotions
- Assist with online, phone, and third-party delivery orders
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front counter and dining areas
- Help ensure orders are accurate and delivered promptly
- Work closely with kitchen and management teams to create a seamless guest experience
- Handle guest concerns professionally and escalate issues when necessary
- Support overall restaurant operations as needed
What We're Looking For
- Positive attitude and strong communication skills
- Passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Previous cashier, customer service, or restaurant experience preferred but not required
- Comfortable standing for extended periods and lifting up to 25 pounds
- Must be eligible to work in the United States
