A respected and growing personal injury law firm is seeking an experienced Bilingual Intake Representative to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is compassionate, organized, and enjoys helping people during challenging times. You'll play a critical role in creating a positive first impression while guiding prospective clients through the intake process.

**Must have at least 2 years Intake Representative experience working in a law firm, preferably Injury Law
Position Summary
The Intake Representative serves as the first point of contact for prospective clients. This individual will evaluate potential cases, gather essential information, coordinate consultations, and work closely with attorneys and legal staff to ensure a smooth transition from intake to case management.
This position requires professionalism, empathy, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities throughout the day.
Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to incoming client inquiries
- Conduct detailed intake interviews and preliminary case screenings
- Gather, verify, and accurately enter client and case information into the case management system
- Schedule consultations and maintain communication with prospective clients throughout the intake process
- Coordinate with attorneys and legal staff to facilitate case acceptance and onboarding
- Maintain complete, accurate, and confidential client records
- Deliver exceptional customer service while providing compassionate support to individuals seeking legal assistance
- Follow established intake procedures while maintaining a high level of professionalism
Qualifications
- Fluent in both English and Spanish (spoken and written)
- Minimum 2 years experience in client intake, customer service, or an administrative role required
- Experience working in a law firm is highly preferred - INJURY LAW
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience using CRM, case management, or similar database systems
- Professional demeanor with a strong customer service mindset
