We're looking for an energetic Marketing Coordinator who wants variety, ownership, and room to grow. In this role, no two days look the same. You'll:
- Plan and execute standout events for leads, depositors, and the community at large
- Be the welcoming first point of contact for prospective residents and guests — by phone and in person
- Own our lead management system and build marketing activity reports that drive strategy
- Keep our marketing engine running — from promotional materials to contractual documents
- Get hands-on with company-wide campaigns: social media, email marketing, direct mail, and event invitations
