As an Internet Sales Team Member, you'll connect directly with customers throughout the greater Tampa area, learn what they need from their home internet, and introduce Verizon services and promotions that fit their lifestyle. Every Internet Sales Team Member receives hands-on coaching while developing the confidence to turn everyday conversations with customers into positive experiences and successful enrollments.
Responsibilities of the Internet Sales Team Member
- Start engaging conversations directly with customers and introduce available Verizon internet products and services.
- Ask thoughtful questions to understand how customers use the internet for streaming, work, gaming, and everyday connectivity.
- Explain service options, features, and current promotions in a clear and approachable way.
- Help customers compare available options and confidently choose services that fit their needs.
- Guide interested customers through the enrollment process while creating a professional experience from start to finish.
- Build trust through strong communication and personalized recommendations.
- Contribute to daily team goals while continuing to develop as an Internet Sales Team Member.
- Strengthen your communication and presentation skills through ongoing coaching and hands-on experience.
Qualifications of the Internet Sales Team Member
- Confident communicator who enjoys meeting new people.
- Comfortable working in an active, customer-facing environment.
- Customer service, hospitality, retail, marketing, or sales experience is helpful but not required.
- Positive, dependable, and willing to learn.

This position involves working in person with homeowners throughout the greater Tampa market as part of Verizon's residential outreach efforts. Pay: $52,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
