We are seeking an inspiring and transformative Senior Director, Marketing Technology Engineering & Architecture, with 15+ years of engineering experience and 7+ years in management. You will lead an organization of Engineers and leaders, spearhead strategic planning and delivery/execution for the CRM and Marketing Technology domain, and create and champion the long-term strategy for infrastructure architecture and capacity planning. You will be accountable for engineering excellence and for defining architectural standards, policies, and best practices to ensure the reliability, scalability, and security of core systems critical to the company's operations and business success.
A day in the life as a Senior Director, Marketing Technology Engineering & Architecture...
Define and champion the long-term technology vision, architecture, and roadmap for CRM and Marketing Technology, ensuring it aligns with and advances the company's strategic objectives.
Lead strategic planning and oversee delivery/execution for all technology initiatives within the domain including Customer Data Platform, Audience Segmentation & Orchestration, AdTech platforms, Loyalty and Promo services, Personalization engine.
Establish, drive, and be accountable for engineering excellence, standards, and governance across the infrastructure organization.
Act as the ultimate point of accountability for infrastructure reliability, scalability, security, and efficiency, removing critical roadblocks.
Lead and mentor a team of senior engineering leaders, cultivating an environment of excellence, innovation, and continuous growth.
Collaborate with senior leaders across the company to influence overall business strategy and ensure tight alignment between engineering and other functions.
Oversee strategic workforce planning, talent acquisition, and organizational development to build and sustain a world-class engineering team.
Drive a leading-edge engineering culture that embraces innovation, experimentation, and technical excellence, while specifically championing automation, self-service, and continuous improvement for all infrastructure services.
Drives broader architectural design discussions and decisions, facilitating collaboration and consensus-building among diverse stakeholders to ensure optimal solutions that meet business needs.
Proactively identify and manage architectural risks, technical debt, and interdependencies across the enterprise, developing clear strategies for mitigation and resolution.

We'd love to hear from you if you have...
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field (MBA or other advanced degree is highly preferred).
Minimum of 15+ years of extensive experience in systems engineering with a substantial record of leading high-impact, company-wide or industry-shaping initiatives.
Minimum of 7+ years in executive leadership roles overseeing large, complex systems engineering organizations.
Proven track record of defining and executing enterprise-wide infrastructure strategy that drives significant business impact and improvements in reliability, scalability, and efficiency.
Starting Rate: $217,500.00 - $271,900.00
Pay ranges will be adjusted upward as needed to comply with applicable state and local law. In addition to your salary, based on your role, associates may be eligible for other compensation including bonuses, sales incentives, and long term incentives.
