Job Summary
Guernsey Farms Dairy, is immediately hiring for our Dairy Production Line in Novi, MI. In general production for Guernsey Farms Dairy, you will work in a fast-paced plant and be involved in all aspects of packaging dairy product operations including:
-Taking finished product off line and put in cases or boxes in proper area.
- Prep daily for production runs
-Wash cases to be used in production
-Work inside a freezer or cooler pulling prodcution off line; as needed
-Perform Quality checks on fished packaged products to ensure sealed and filled properly
-Operate and maintain various types of machines
-Work with a team to ensure speed and accuracy of our dairy products are produced to the Guernsey standard
Shifts are Monday through Friday with some Saturdays. Start times between 6am to 7am, 10 to 12 hour shifts

-Great attendance and attitude!
-High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment is preferred but not required.
-Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production targets.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team.
- Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds).
Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour
