Overview
R2 Fusion, Inc. is seeking highly reliable, experienced, and TSA-badged Commercial Delivery Drivers for an immediate, high-priority 6-week or longer period. Drivers will operate out of the Mesquite terminal, delivering and picking up packages along dedicated routes in Plano, TX.
This position will pay up to $250/day (W2) for top-tier professionals who can hit the ground running with zero learning curve. There is an opportunity to go FT for rockstar performers!
CANDIDATES WITH CURRENT FEDEX DRIVING EXPERIENCE, ACTIVE TSA CLEARANCE AND IN GOOD STANDING WITH FEDEX WILL BE CONSIDERED!

Schedule Requirements
- Commitment: 5 days per week for 6 weeks
- Flexibility: Must be available to work at least one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday) each week.
- Daily Start: Must arrive at the terminal no later than 7:30 AM daily for vehicle loading, organization, and safety briefings.
Key Responsibilities
- Route Execution: Efficiently organize, load, and secure packages on the truck prior to dispatch. Make every attempt to safely deliver all assigned packages daily.
- Schedule Integrity: Ensure all scheduled pick-ups and deliveries are met within their designated time windows.
- Compliance & Safety: Operate commercial vehicles (up to 26' step vans) safely and in strict accordance with DOT regulations and safety standards.
- Daily Inspections: Complete mandatory, thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections; promptly report any mechanical issues to management.
- Technology & Customer Service: Maintain strict adherence to package scanning and delivery code integrity while providing exceptional service to customers.
Qualifications & Requirements
To be considered for this premium contract, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Credentials: Must possess an active TSA Badge and a current DOT Medical Card (CDL is not required).
- Immediate Availability: Must be fully cleared and ready to begin work this coming Monday, June 29, 2026.
- Driving Experience: Minimum of 1 year of verifiable, professional commercial driving experience within the last 2 years operating 18’ to 26’ box trucks, step vans, straight trucks, or bulk trucks. Express delivery experience is highly preferred.
- Location: Must live within 25 miles of the Mesquite, TX terminal and have reliable personal transportation.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to handle the physical demands of the job, including heavy lifting, maneuvering large packages, and climbing stairs continuously throughout the day.
- Ability to maintain a professional appearance and wear the company-issued uniform at all times.
- Energetic, reliable, and positive attitude.
