- Shift: Nights (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
- Schedule: 3x12s | Every Other Weekend (EOW)
- Guaranteed Hours: 36 Hours/Week
- Care Setting: Acute Care Hospital
- EMR: EPIC
- Estimated Pay rate : $55/hr - $60/hr
- Guaranteed Hours: 36 Hours/Week
Position Overview
The ICU Registered Nurse provides specialized nursing care for critically ill patients requiring continuous monitoring and advanced clinical interventions. The RN will collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality, patient-centered critical care.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess, monitor, and care for critically ill adult patients.
- Administer medications, IV therapies, blood products, and critical care treatments.
- Monitor ventilators, hemodynamic status, and cardiac rhythms.
- Respond rapidly to changes in patient condition.
- Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, and interdisciplinary teams.
- Maintain accurate documentation using EPIC.
- Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and recovery.
Requirements
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of ICU Registered Nurse experience
- Current RN License (compact license accepted if applicable)
- BLS Certification
- ACLS Certification
- Strong critical care assessment and emergency response skills
