Landscape Maintenance Technician – Full Time / Year Round
Pay: $17.25 – $18.25 per hour (DOE)

Position Overview
Lawns By Randy (LBR) is currently hiring dependable, hardworking Landscape Maintenance Technicians to join our growing maintenance division. We maintain residential and commercial properties throughout the Tulsa area and are looking for individuals who take pride in quality work, have a strong work ethic, and enjoy working outdoors.
This is a full-time, year-round position offering stable employment, consistent hours, and opportunities for advancement within the company.
Responsibilities
- Operate commercial lawn maintenance equipment, including zero-turn mowers, string trimmers, edgers, and blowers
- Perform lawn maintenance services efficiently and safely
- Maintain clean, professional-looking properties according to company standards
- Work with crew members to complete assigned routes on schedule
- Follow company safety procedures and equipment care standards
- Assist with seasonal services, including Christmas light installation and snow removal operations
- Maintain a positive attitude while providing quality service to clients
Qualifications
- Previous lawn maintenance or commercial mowing experience required
- Valid driver's license and dependable transportation
- Ability to work outdoors in heat, cold, and changing weather conditions
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical labor throughout the workday
- Team-oriented attitude with a willingness to learn and grow
Schedule
- Full-time
- Monday – Thursday
- 10-hour shifts
- Overtime opportunities available
