What We’re Looking For:
- NYS Cosmetology License.
- A loyal client following or strong social media presence.
- Expertise in cutting, coloring, and/or specialty services like keratin treatments or balayage.
- A friendly, professional demeanor with a passion for delivering exceptional client experiences.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by understanding client needs and preferences.
- Perform hair styling and coloring services while adhering to sanitation and safety standards.
- Maintain a valid cosmetology license and stay updated on industry trends.
- Manage social media accounts to promote services and engage with clients.
- Assist with retail sales and upselling of hair care products. (10% Commission per Product sold)
- Mentor junior stylists and support a collaborative salon environment.
