Come join a great team, on the water, with a wonderful work environment! We are seeking outside marina dock associates to work through November 2026. Creekside Yacht Club (CYC) is a full service, private marina located on scenic Bradley Creek in Wilmington, NC.
Specifically, the Marina Dock Associate is expected to possess the following skills:
- Minimum 1 year experience moving, driving, and docking boats
- Completed a NC Boater's Safety Training Course with certification
- Be safety driven and knowledgeable of general safety practices
- Can multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Able to work Saturdays, Sundays and holidays
- Be flexible and capable of working different day shifts throughout the employment period
- Have reliable and dependable transportation
- Possess outstanding customer service, communications and interpersonal skills
- Be experienced in boating and be able to move/drive boats within a marina
- Be able to lift heavy objects that are daily responsibilities of marina operations
- Be knowledgeable of and able to proficiently use apps via a smart device
- Provide cleaning services and lawn maintenance as directed by management
Minimum education experience – high school student and preferably some college course studies
