Remediation / HVAC Cleaning experience(Oviedo)

We are accepting applications and conducting interviews for a Remediation construction technician with solid customer service skills. Your ability to interact with our customers in a professional and courteous manner is crucial to the success of this role.
This position will be responsible managing our HVAC cleaning and duct cleaning business in addition to a wide range of tasks, including tear-down, mold remediation, and reconstruction at various customer locations throughout the Orlando area. The tasks may involve plumbing, electrical, tiling, drywall installation/ finishing, and painting.
Certifications in any area particularly in HVAC
Must have most of the Skills listed below:
- Remediation skills: tear down, site management, mold job remediation, and mold containment.
- Tile, carpentry, floor installation, plumbing, etc. Prefer 2-4 years experience in some of these areas
- Helpful with basic skills in carpet cleaning, tile and grout cleaning, furniture cleaning, and flood management.
- Must have skills in one or more of the above-listed reconstruction areas; e.g. extended handyman experience.
- Must have Experience in duct work and duct cleaning and HVAC cleaning
- Must have a CLEAN AND CURRENT driving record and a clean, valid driver's license - no exceptions.
- Great customer service skills and a customer service-driven attitude. Ability to lift 50 pounds and manage equipment effectively.
- Must speak fluent English
- Be reliable and responsible with the ability to work independently, running a daily schedule and managing job site remediation and an on-call schedule. (some rotating weekend work is required) Must be in good physical condition/health and able to manage lifting, bending stairs, and heavy equipment.
- Must have transportation to and from work
