$17–$19 per hour

This unique dual-role position keeps you active and engaged — safely transporting residents to appointments while also providing hands-on care and support inside the facility.
Safely transport residents to and from appointments
Assist residents in and out of vehicles
Provide CNA care and daily living support when in the facility
Build meaningful connections with residents
Ensure safety, comfort, and dignity at all times
Active Missouri CNA certification
Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented
Ability to multitask and stay organized
Competitive pay: $17–$19/hour
