As the General Manager, you’ll be at the helm of our operations, overseeing both the vibrant cafe and the cozy evening lounge. Your responsibilities will include: - Team Leadership: Inspire, mentor, and manage a dedicated team to deliver top-notch service and maintain a positive work environment. - Operations Management: Ensure smooth day-to-day operations, from opening to closing, by managing schedules, inventory, and quality control. - Customer Experience: Uphold our commitment to exceptional dining experiences by addressing customer needs and maintaining high service standards. - Financial Oversight: Monitor budgets, control costs, and ensure the profitability of the cafe and lounge. - Innovation & Growth: Work closely with ownership to implement new ideas and strategies that enhance our offerings and grow our presence in the community.
We’re seeking a seasoned professional with a proven track record of success in management. Here’s what you’ll need to bring to the table: - Experience: A minimum of 5 years in a management role, preferably in the food and beverage or hospitality industry. - Leadership Skills: The ability to motivate and manage a diverse team with confidence and empathy. - Customer-Focused Mindset: A passion for creating memorable guest experiences. - Organizational Savvy: Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills to keep operations running smoothly. - Financial Acumen: Experience managing budgets, inventory, and overall profitability.
