Clear Creek Mechanical is currently seeking a Project Manager for our Henderson office. The position will lead exciting projects across Colorado in the Medical, Education, Retail and Industrial sectors. Responsibilities
Oversee the full construction cycle of complex commercial projects, from the initial design phase to final completion Coordinate with general contractors to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards. Manage project schedules Review and interpret mechanical blueprints, submittals and specifications Procure materials and manage equipment deliveries Prepare and process submittals, RFIs and change orders Conduct regular onsite visits to ensure safety, quality control and compliance.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in HVAC project management Strong knowledge of commercial HVAC systems Proficiency in project management software

Compensation:
- Competitive annual salary up to $130,000
