The Recruiter, Field (Columbus, OH) is responsible for full-cycle recruitment of restaurant-level leadership roles including General Managers and Assistant General Managers. This role helps fuel CAVA’s growth by identifying exceptional leaders who align with our culture and mission. As a trusted partner to operations and the Field People + Culture team, you’ll help ensure a strong talent pipeline that meets the demands of both our current restaurants and future openings.
