As a Customer Enrollment Representative, you will be a vital part of our customer engagement team, providing exceptional service and sales support through in-person interactions. Entry Level Representative Responsibilities
- Engage with customers daily to assess their needs and match them with the best products and services
- Assist in translating customer inquiries, documents, or promotional materials as needed
- Provide expert recommendations and assist with inquiries in a professional manner
- Adapt communication styles to provide a personalized customer experience based on different cultural expectations
- Escalate high-value sales opportunities to senior Account Managers
- Track, manage, and document customer interactions, sales, and leads
- Ensure adherence to company policies and client expectations
- Work collaboratively with team members and leadership to enhance customer experiences
Entry Level Representative Education and Experience Requirements:
- Must have a high school diploma and be 18 years of age.
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Outgoing, professional, and articulate personality
- Flexibility to work varied hours based on business needs
