Altitude Trampoline Park is looking for a dependable, energetic Assistant Manager who knows how to lead a team, deliver excellent customer service, and keep a fast-paced operation running smoothly.
This is not just a customer service position. We are looking for someone who is comfortable taking charge of a shift, coaching employees, solving problems, and maintaining high standards even when the park is busy.
What You'll Do
As an Assistant Manager, you'll work alongside the General Manager and management team to help oversee daily park operations.
Responsibilities include:
- Leading and motivating team members during shifts
- Assigning positions and keeping employees productive and engaged
- Providing excellent customer service and resolving customer concerns
- Coaching employees and holding the team accountable to expectations
- Helping maintain a clean, safe, and organized facility
- Opening and closing the park
- Handling cash and completing shift/closing procedures
- Supporting birthday parties, group events, concessions, and front desk operations
- Helping train new employees
- Maintaining Altitude's safety and customer service standards
- Stepping in wherever needed during busy periods
What We're Looking For
Our strongest candidates will have:
- At least 1 year of leadership, supervisory, or management experience
- Experience leading employees in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- The ability to stay calm and make good decisions under pressure
- Dependability and a strong work ethic
- Confidence coaching and directing employees
- Attention to cleanliness, safety, and operational standards
Leadership experience in restaurants, retail, hospitality, entertainment, recreation, gyms, family entertainment centers, or other high-volume customer-facing businesses is especially relevant.
Schedule
Assistant Managers should have flexible availability and be able to work during our busiest operating periods, including evenings and weekends.
