Job Summary:
IC Collective flowers are high-end and so need to be handled and trimmed with care. Cannabis Post Processors are to remove leaves from around the flowers, sort the by-product, and perform quality-control screening. This is a full-time position working Monday through Friday. Highly motivated individuals with the ability to multi-task and oversee operational and scientific aspects highly desirable.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Must be 21 years of age or older and able to successfully register with the state's cannabis commission as an agent.
- Prior post processing & trimming experience preferred.
- Understand that trimming is a timed skill with a goal of trimming at least 650g a day. Feedback and pointers will be given to meet goals.
- Ability to sort by-product into A buds, smalls, trim and waste.
- Ability to scan flowers for quality control.
- Ability to easily communicate and be ‘coachable’ with co-workers and supervisors.
- Self-motivated, reliable, and consistent.
- Must be eligible to work in the US & hold a valid driver’s license or ID.
- Must pass required background checks.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to complete repetitive movements for the duration of the workday.
- Ability to use hands/arms in small, quick motions for duration of workday.
- Ability to sit or stand for duration of the workday.
- Ability to use sight to spot tiny imperfections, pests, and discolorations.
