I’m working with a $150M+ utility installation company with 1,300+ employees that is continuing to grow across the East Coast.
They’re looking for a Field Operations Manager to take ownership of operations supporting a major Water Metering project in the Chesapeake Bay region.
And the biggest attraction?
This is long-term work.
The company currently oversees 21 project sites across the East Coast, with projects typically running 2–3 years. You’re joining an organization with an established pipeline rather than walking into a role where you’re wondering what the next project looks like.
What makes this opportunity different?
You’ll have a genuine operational leadership role — overseeing field activity, supporting installation teams, maintaining quality and safety standards, and working closely with senior operations leadership to keep projects moving.
You’ll be the person making sure the operation works safely, efficiently, and to the standard expected by the customer.
The company is looking for someone who understands the realities of utility field operations and knows how to lead people, solve problems, and get things done.
