About the Role
We are seeking a skilled HVAC Field Technician to manage the performance and reliability of complex climate control systems within commercial environments. You will be instrumental in ensuring operational continuity for our clients by expertly diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing advanced mechanical equipment.
Responsibilities-
Execute comprehensive maintenance, precise diagnostics, and complex repairs on commercial HVAC systems to maximize equipment lifespan.

Optimize the performance of Rooftop Units (RTUs) and single-zone systems to ensure consistent climate regulation.

Collaborate effectively with facility personnel to communicate technical findings and service outcomes clearly.

Utilize advanced troubleshooting techniques to resolve mechanical failures and restore system functionality efficiently.

Engage in a rotating on-call schedule to provide critical support and maintain service level agreements.

Maintain a high standard of safety and operational excellence while working independently in the field.
Qualifications-
Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in commercial HVAC service and repair.

Current EPA Universal Certification.

Proven expertise in troubleshooting RTUs and complex commercial HVAC systems.

Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to lift up to 50lbs and navigate ladders safely.

Ability to pass comprehensive pre-employment background, drug, and motor vehicle screenings.

Prior experience working with Energy Management Systems (EMS).

Demonstrated history of professional communication in a client-facing environment.
