First Command is seeking an experienced financial services leader to oversee advisor recruiting, development, and growth within an established region serving military families.
This opportunity is designed for professionals with a proven track record of recruiting talent, developing advisors, building teams, and driving business growth.
As the Director of Financial Advisor Development & Growth, you will recruit, coach, and develop financial advisors while leading growth initiatives across your region.
Required Qualifications
- Financial services leadership experience
- Proven success recruiting, coaching, mentoring, and developing talent
- Track record of building teams and driving organizational growth
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Active Series 6 or Series 7 license
- Active Series 63/65 or Series 66 license
- Active Life & Health Insurance license
- Series 24 license or ability to obtain within 90 days of appointment

Preferred Qualifications
- CFP®, ChFC®, CLU®, CLF®, RICP®, or similar professional designation
- Experience leading advisors within a branch, market, region, Office of Supervisory Jurisdiction (OSJ), or complex structure
- Experience within an independent or 1099 environment
- Military service or connection to the military community welcomed, but not required
