As an AT&T Sales Associate, you’ll be the trusted expert customers turn to for guidance, product knowledge, and exceptional service. You’ll help customers discover AT&T’s latest smartphones, wireless plans, home internet options, and entertainment services—all while creating a personalized, positive, and memorable experience.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with people, staying up to date on the latest technology, and thriving in a supportive, goal-driven environment where hard work is recognized and rewarded.
What You’ll Do
- Greet customers and build genuine connections to understand their needs
- Recommend the best wireless plans, devices, and service plans based on customer lifestyle
- Provide product demonstrations and walk customers through features in a clear, simple way
- Process upgrades, activations, and new accounts accurately
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily and weekly sales targets
- Stay up to date on AT&T product launches, promotions, and service offerings
- Provide feedback and insights to help improve customer satisfaction
What We’re Looking For
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Reliable transportation
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly, outgoing demeanor and ability to build rapport quickly
- Previous retail, customer service, or sales experience is helpful, but not required
- Able to learn product information and explain it confidently to customers
- Coachable, motivated, and excited to grow
