Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional customer service throughout their shopping journey
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems efficiently to process sales, returns, and exchanges accurately
- Assist customers with product demos and answer questions about merchandise to enhance their shopping experience
- Stock shelves, organize displays, and ensure merchandise is well-presented and replenished regularly
- Handle cash transactions with precision, including cash handling, basic math calculations, and balancing registers at shift end
- Upsell products by recommending complementary items and informing customers about ongoing promotions or new arrivals
- Maintain phone etiquette when answering inquiries or assisting customers over the phone
- Support merchandising efforts by arranging products attractively and ensuring compliance with store standards
- Participate in inventory management tasks such as stocking, inventory counts, and product rotation
- Demonstrate effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and assist in store operations
Experience
- Previous retail sales or cashiering experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is key
- Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures enhances your effectiveness in this role
- Bilingual abilities are a plus, enabling you to serve a diverse customer base more effectively
- Experience in supervising or leading small teams is advantageous for growth opportunities

Pay: $13.75 - $15.00 per hour
