Since 1995 Creative Connections Children's Center has been dedicated to providing exceptional childcare in a nurturing and interactive environment in the Alief Area(Southwest Houston). We have two locations, one on Wilcrest and one on Beechnut. We are seeking to fill positions for both.
Requirements
- negative Tuberculosis skin test
- High school diploma or equivalent
-Current PEDIATRIC/INFANT/ ADULT CPR AND FIRST AID
-CDA is required!
Texas Rising Star knowledge preferred
The Teacher is responsible for:
- Maintain classroom control, management, and sanitation
- Planning (written) and implementing weekly lesson plans that are age appropriate
- Provide a normal routine by maintaining daily schedule adherence
- Must keep the Director and Assistant Director informed concerning staff members, children, and parental issues.
- Maintaining the Center’s policies and procedures
- Attend on-going training (30 hours required per year)
- Additional duties as needed
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
