Tommy Bourn Trucking is currently filling a CDL Class A driver position in your area.
Our primary traffic lanes are in the southeast United States with major hubs in northern Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama, and Georgia. Time at home is important to our team and our mission is to keep you local to your family on the weekends and sometimes during the week.
Our ideal candidate would have flatbed, heavy haul, and/or overdimensional experience. Familiarity with the paper industry is a plus!
Compensation: 25% of linehaul revenue. Outstanding rates! Gross $1600-2000 + per week!

Mandatory Qualifications
- 22+ years of age
- Class A Commercial Drivers License
- 12 months of verifiable commercial driving experience within the past 36 months or 24 months of verifiable commercial driving experience within the past 60 months.
Truck Driver Responsibilities
- Maintain a professional relationship with customers.
- Performance of complete pre and post-operation inspection of the vehicle to ensure tire pressure, fluid levels, safety equipment, gauges, and controls are in proper working order and cargo is secured.
- Complete all required paperwork in a timely manner.
- Comply with all company and D.O.T. safety rules and regulations.
- Local securement with chains and binders.

Incident Disqualifications
- No careless and/or reckless driving or leaving the scene of an accident convictions in the last 5 years.
- No more than 2 moving violations within the last 18 months, and no more than 3 within the last 3 years.
- No serious moving violations in the last 36 months as defined in part 383.5 FMCSR.
