We're looking for an experienced Real Estate Legal Assistant who enjoys working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment where no two closings are exactly alike. If you take pride in keeping transactions moving smoothly and clients happy, we'd love to meet you.
Responsibilities-
Manage commercial and residential real estate closing files from start to finish.

Prepare and review closing documents for accuracy and completeness.

Review title searches and identify issues that require resolution.

Coordinate with attorneys, lenders, title companies, buyers, sellers, and other parties to ensure seamless closings.

Conduct residential and commercial real estate closings.

Maintain organized files and ensure all deadlines are met.

Provide exceptional client service throughout every transaction.
Qualifications-
Previous commercial and/or residential real estate paralegal experience preferred.

Experience managing real estate closings from opening through post-closing.

Strong understanding of real estate closing documents and title review.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Outstanding organizational and multitasking abilities.

Exceptional attention to detail and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal document management systems is a plus.
