We are looking for dedicated and experienced Lead Teachers to join our team and help shape the next generation through engaging lessons, positive classroom management, and a nurturing atmosphere.
Responsibilities
- Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities.
- Provide a safe, nurturing, and stimulating classroom environment.
- Guide assistant teachers and classroom staff to ensure high-quality care.
- Build strong relationships with children, families, and coworkers.
- Maintain classroom records and ensure licensing regulations are met.
- Collaborate with leadership on curriculum and child development goals.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in early childhood education required.
- Child Development Associate (CDA) or degree in Early Childhood Education preferred.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Passion for working with children and helping them grow socially, emotionally, and academically.

Schedule
- Full-Time
- Monday–Friday, no nights or weekends
