Studio Partner | Golf and Athletic Performance | Jacksonville, Florida
This is an independent practice opportunity—not a salaried or hourly position. Providers bring and bill their own clients, set their own prices, and pay Audens for approved studio access.
The opportunity
Audens Golf Performance is seeking experienced strength and conditioning professionals who want to operate an independent coaching practice from a premium, integrated golf-performance studio. This opportunity is designed for coaches who can bring or build their own clientele while collaborating, when appropriate, with golf, physical therapy, sports science, and high-performance professionals.
Audens is building a select network of two to three trusted providers in each specialty, supported by a limited group of approved drop-in providers. Core providers may reserve recurring AM and/or PM blocks on designated days. Drop-in access may be available for individual open blocks, subject to scheduling and approval.
What Audens provides
- Access to a premium strength and conditioning environment designed for athlete development.
- Access to approved shared equipment and designated training areas during reserved blocks.
- Proximity to DARI movement screening, force-plate testing, GEARS 3D swing capture, physical therapy, golf coaching, and high-performance expertise.
- A professional setting suitable for private, semi-private, and approved small-group coaching.
- Potential for interdisciplinary collaboration and appropriate cross-referrals, without guaranteed client volume.
How the relationship works
- Choose an approved recurring AM and/or PM block, or request available drop-in access.
- Operate under your own business, brand, service model, and pricing.
- Bring and manage your own clients; Audens does not employ the provider or control the provider’s client fees.
- Use the facility only during reserved times and for approved services.
- Participate in reasonable onboarding and orientation for the studio, equipment, scheduling, safety, and collaborative standards.
What you will own
- Building and maintaining your own client base.
- Setting your own service offerings and client pricing.
- Scheduling, billing, collecting payment, and maintaining all required business and client records.
- Maintaining all required licenses, certifications, professional liability insurance, business registrations, and tax obligations.
- Delivering an exceptional client experience and leaving all shared spaces clean, organized, and ready for the next provider.
- Following Audens facility, scheduling, safety, confidentiality, technology-use, and brand guidelines.
Required qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in exercise science, kinesiology, strength and conditioning, or a closely related field—or substantial equivalent professional experience.
- Current nationally recognized strength and conditioning or personal-training credential, such as CSCS, SCCC, XPS, or an approved equivalent.
- Current CPR/AED certification.
- Professional liability insurance appropriate to all services provided.
- Demonstrated ability to assess, program, coach, progress, and document individualized training safely.
- Experience working independently with private-pay clients.
Strongly preferred
- Golf-performance, rotational-sport, return-to-performance, or high-level athlete experience.
- TPI, EXOS, force-plate, velocity-based training, or movement-assessment experience.
- An existing Jacksonville-area client base, referral network, or partnerships.
- Experience collaborating with physical therapists, chiropractors, golf coaches, or sports-science professionals.
- Evidence of client retention, program growth, or successful independent business development.
A strong fit looks like
- You are an excellent practitioner and a responsible independent operator.
- You already have clients, referral relationships, or a credible plan to build a local book of business.
- You value objective measurement and interdisciplinary collaboration without losing ownership of your own practice.
- You communicate professionally, respect scope-of-practice boundaries, and follow through consistently.
- You want access to a premium environment without taking on the cost of building a full facility alone.
