We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Physician Assistant (PA-C) to join our growing team. This role offers a unique opportunity to practice a mix of primary care, wellness, and aesthetic medicine. Prior aesthetics experience is welcome but not required — we are happy to train the right candidate.
Responsibilities
- Provide patient-centered care in a primary care and wellness setting
- Perform patient evaluations, medical histories, and physical exams in Med spa and outside facilities.
- Diagnose and manage common acute and chronic conditions
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Educate patients on wellness, preventive care, and treatment options
- Perform aesthetic services such as injectables and other treatments (training provided if needed)
- Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation
- Collaborate with medical and administrative staff to ensure excellent patient care
- Follow all clinical protocols, safety standards, and HIPAA regulations
Requirements
- Current Physician Assistant–Certified (PA-C) license in Washington State
- Active DEA registration or ability to obtain
- Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
- Patient-focused, professional, and detail-oriented
- Interest in wellness and aesthetic medicine
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team
