Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic logistics team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of warehouse activities, including inventory management, order fulfillment, shipping and receiving, and maintaining a safe and organized workspace. Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment using RF scanners and order picker equipment
- Load and unload trucks efficiently with pallet jacks, forklifts, and other material handling equipment while adhering to safety protocols
- Maintain accurate inventory records through data entry into inventory management software
- Conduct regular stock counts, organize stock storage areas, and ensure proper stocking procedures are followed
- Assist with shipping logistics by preparing shipping labels, verifying shipment details, and ensuring compliance with trade regulations and trade compliance standards
- Support warehouse distribution by coordinating order fulfillment activities and ensuring timely processing of customer orders
- Ensure all warehouse operations comply with safety standards, including proper packaging, labeling, and handling of goods
Skills
- Strong understanding of shipping & receiving procedures, order picking & packing, and logistics workflows
- Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for inventory counts and order processing
- Experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, RF scanners, and other warehouse equipment safely
- Excellent data entry skills combined with attention to detail for maintaining accurate records
- Customer service orientation with the ability to communicate effectively with team members and external partners
- Knowledge of international trade regulations, trade compliance standards, and trade logistics is a plus
