Diesel Pickup Specialists has been a trusted name in diesel pickup repair for over 21 years. We're a family-owned, award-winning shop (ten-time Top 100 Independent Repair Facility) specializing exclusively in light to medium duty diesel pickups — Cummins, Powerstroke, and Duramax. Our team is tight-knit, our shop is clean, and we take pride in doing quality work without cutting corners. We're also a JASPER Preferred Installer.
The position
We're looking for a full-time Diesel Technician who takes pride in their work and is ready to grow with a shop that invests in its people. You'll work bumper-to-bumper on Ford, Dodge, and Chevrolet diesel pickups — powertrain repair, maintenance, DOT inspections, upgrades, and drivability. Alignment experience is a bonus but not required — we invest in training the right person.
We provide ASE certification support and ongoing training to keep you sharp on the latest technology.
What you bring
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- 1–2 years of diesel pickup experience (preferred, not required — if you're sharp and motivated, we want to talk)
- Experience with diagnostic and shop equipment
- Your own tools and toolbox
- A team-first attitude and attention to detail
- Alignment experience is a plus — we'll provide full training if you don't have it yet
What we offer
- No weekends — ever. Monday–Friday, 8:00–5:30
- Flat rate pay: $25–$36/hr depending on experience
