Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Manufacturing Associate in Greencastle IN to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced factory environment. The Manufacturing Associate will play a vital part in the assembly and production of high-quality products, supporting the overall efficiency of our manufacturing facility. Candidates with warehouse experience, assembly line skills, and proficiency with hand tools and power tools are encouraged to apply. Duties
- Operate and assist with assembly line processes to ensure smooth production flow
- Use hand tools, power tools, and mechanical equipment to assemble components accurately
- Safely operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment as needed
- Conduct routine inspections of machinery and work areas to maintain safety standards
- Support the movement of materials within the manufacturing facility using appropriate equipment
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations to promote a safe working environment
- Follow all safety protocols and manufacturing procedures diligently
Qualifications
- Prior experience in a manufacturing facility or factory environment preferred
- Experience operating forklifts, hand tools, and power tools is desirable
- Warehouse experience is a plus, demonstrating ability to handle materials efficiently
- Ability to work effectively on an assembly line in a fast-paced setting
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
- Ability to follow safety guidelines rigorously and work well within a team environment
- Physical capability to stand for extended periods and lift materials as required
Pay is up to $17.00 per hour work week is Monday-Friday with overtime on weekends as needed.
1st shift up to $16.50
6:00am-2:30pm
6:30am-3:00pm (Overtime between 5:00am-5:30pm)
2nd Shift up to $17.00
2:00pm-10:30pm
5:00pm-1:30am (Overtime between 5:00pm-5:30am)
3rd Shift up to $17.00
10:00pm-6:30am (Overtime between 10:00pm-10:00am)
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
