Responsibilities
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair commercial HVAC equipment.
- Service rooftop units (RTUs), split systems, heat pumps, gas/electric package units, and related commercial equipment.
- Lead and support a team of HVAC technicians in the field.
- Assist technicians with difficult diagnostics and technical troubleshooting.
- Train and mentor junior technicians to improve their skills and confidence.
- Ensure repairs are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.
- Communicate professionally with customers and provide exceptional service.
- Complete service documentation accurately and on time.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional company vehicle.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of commercial HVAC service experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of commercial HVAC equipment and controls.
- Proven ability to diagnose complex mechanical and electrical issues.
- EPA Universal Certification required.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently while also leading and supporting a team.
- Experience mentoring or training technicians is highly preferred.
