We are a fast-paced and growing roofing and exterior restoration company seeking a highly organized, motivated, and detail-oriented Production Coordinator to support our production department. This position plays a critical role in ensuring our projects run efficiently from start to finish.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare material orders for upcoming projects.
- Create and crew work orders.
- Schedule final municipal and project inspections.
- Track and document additional material costs throughout the construction process.
- Maintain and update job files to ensure accurate project documentation.
- Obtain subcontractor bids for specialty trades using current sub directory.
- Track permits and monitor approval status.
- Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, project managers, and field crews.
- Assist the Production Manager with daily operations and project logistics.
- Help ensure projects stay on schedule.
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and computer software.
- Construction, roofing, or production coordination experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through.

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
