Duties
- Manage front desk responsibilities, including greeting visitors, answering multi-line phone systems, and directing calls appropriately.
- Perform data entry, filing, and document proofreading to ensure accuracy and organization of records.
- Utilize Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace applications for report creation, correspondence, and scheduling.
- Support calendar management and appointment scheduling for staff members or executives.
- Handle customer support inquiries with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills.
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks or similar accounting software to maintain accurate financial records.
- Coordinate office supplies procurement, inventory control, and general office management duties to optimize efficiency.
- Provide personal assistant support as needed, including task prioritization and time management assistance.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in an office environment with demonstrated clerical and administrative skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace tools.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced setting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; bilingual abilities are a plus for diverse workplaces.
- Experience with data entry, filing, and proofreading is highly desirable.
- Previous experience in customer service roles such as dental or medical receptionist is advantageous.
