Duties
- Assist with the repair, and maintenance of roofing coating systems using power washers and sprayers, and caulk.
- Support the setup and teardown of roofing materials, ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times
- Perform heavy lifting of materials such as buckets os coating material.
- Prepare surfaces by pressure washing, priming and caulking.
- Maintain a clean and organized work site by disposing of debris and securing tools and materials
Requirements
- Prior experience on construction sites or in roofing projects is highly preferred; familiarity with construction estimating is a plus
- Strong physical stamina for heavy lifting, standing for long periods, and working at heights on roofs or scaffolds
- Excellent teamwork skills with a proactive attitude towards safety procedures and quality standards
- Valid physical ability to perform demanding tasks associated with roofing installation and repair including climbing a ladder, working at heights and using harnesses for tie off.
