Part-Time Content Creator & Video Editor (Cake Studio) – $22/hour
Location: Olesia Cake Studio, San FranciscoPay: $22/hourSchedule: Part-time, typically Saturdays and Sundays, 9:00 AM–2:00 PM (approximately 5 hours per shift)
We’re looking for a friendly, creative Content Creator to help film and edit short-form videos during our cake decorating classes. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys creating TikTok and Instagram Reels, loves working with people, and has basic CapCut editing skills.
Schedule
- Usually 4 shifts per month to start
- Mostly weekends (Saturday & Sunday)
- Occasional weekday shifts may become available
- Opportunity for additional hours if it’s a great fit
What You’ll Do
- Arrive 1 hour before class to film the studio, setup, food & drink station, and behind-the-scenes content
- Film TikTok/Reels with the instructor before class
- Capture fun moments during the 2-hour class
- Film guest reactions, finished cakes, and recap content after class
- Edit the videos in CapCut after the class using our content plan
We Provide
- A detailed content plan for every class
- Video examples and clear filming guidelines
- Training on the exact angles, shots, and editing style we use
- You don’t need to come up with content ideas—we already have everything prepared. Your job is to follow the plan, film, and edit.

- Comfortable talking with guests and making them feel relaxed on camera
- Creative and enjoys social media content
- Reliable and punctual
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Familiar with CapCut (experience is a plus, but we’re happy to train the right person)
