Role: Accounts Payable Specialist
Location: Austin, TX Onsite
Pay Rate: $65K/year

We are looking for an accounts payable specialist on a permanent hire basis.
Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Process high-volume AP invoices accurately and on time
- Manage vendor communications and resolve invoice discrepancies
- Perform weekly check runs and electronic payments
- Assist with month-end close related to AP
- Maintain and update vendor records
- Ensure compliance with internal accounting policies
Must-Have Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of dedicated, hands-on Accounts Payable experience
- Strong proficiency in NetSuite ERP
- Intermediate Excel skills (e.g., VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic formulas)
Preferred / Nice-to-Have:
- Experience using Bill.com
- Background in manufacturing or retail environments
