Job Summary
Feralloy Corp. is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Recruiting Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in attracting and hiring top talent for our organization. This position requires a strong understanding of the recruitment process, excellent relationship management skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with various departments. The Recruiting Specialist will be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience while aligning with our company’s goals. The Recruiting Specialist reports to the HR Manager - Southern Divisions and will work with our HR and departmental teams. The Recruiting Specialist embodies the organization's culture, vision, and core values pursues a team mindset and promote an accessible, responsive, caring, and family-oriented approach to human resources.
The individual in this role will be required to work Hybrid from our Spartanburg, SC location.

Job Function
- Execute consistent hiring procedures for Exempt and Non-Exempt positions (up to 60 positions)
- Lead and create an innovative recruiting strategy for Feralloy positions
- Ensures understanding of position through an intake
- Conduct phone screen and or virtual interviews
- Set up qualified candidates from first to second phone screen as needed
- Follow up on outcomes of all interviews to update the system
- Management of candidate pipeline in iCIMS and other tools
- Document outcome for reporting purposes, including the source of talent
- Manage recruitment repository of candidates
- Ensure that ATS and other recruitment tools are accurate and up to date
- Perform weekly, monthly and quarterly audits of closed and open positions
- Ability to train others as needed
- Ensure internal applicants have the consent of the supervisor to apply for an alternative position
- Internal applicants must still provide a resume and undergo an interview
- Promote and Enhance Company Reputation
- Post in tone aligned with company brand and culture
- Attend career/college fairs to identify and recruit new talent
- Create recruitment campaigns, internal and external
- Create specific recruiting strategy for each division
- Utilize HR Management Tools to Track and Monitor Progress
- Enter recruitment activities in the company ATS and other tools
- Provide Reporting
- Closed and open positions
- Aid in data gathering for recruiting metrics to support the company in analyzing recruitment effectiveness that will help drive strategic solutions
- This role works collaboratively with management to fulfill talent needs and aid in administrative support to find, attract and hire new talent
- Align processes and documentation with all recruiting efforts across Feralloy
Required Skills
- Must be willing to work Hybrid Schedule 4/1 and then possibly move to 3/2 schedule
- Must be located in Spartanburg, SC area
- Negotiation: 3 years (Required)
- Organizational skills: 3 years (Required)
- Relationship management: 3 years (Required)
- High Volume Recruiting: 3-5 years (Required)
- Experience with ATS (iCIMS is a plus): 3+ years (Required)

- Proven experience in talent acquisition and recruiting processes
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Familiarity with ATS systems and HR sourcing techniques
- Ability to manage relationships effectively and demonstrate organizational skills
- Experience in technical recruiting and campus recruitment
- Knowledge of employment and labor laws, along with employee evaluation and relations
- Knowledge and experience in full-cycle recruitment
- Ability to envision the ideal employee and implement strategies to attract the ideal employee.

Compensation Range
The anticipated compensation for this position is USD $50,000.00/Hr. - USD $57,000.00/Hr. depending on experience, qualifications, and location.
