We are looking for an enthusiastic Assistant Manager who is ready to grow with us and help create memorable experiences for every guest.
What You’ll Do
- Operational Support: Act as a supportive Cafe Manager by leading and supervising Shift Leaders and Crew Members to ensure smooth, efficient café operations.
- Deliver "Tropitude": Provide “Unparalleled Hospitality” by exceeding guest expectations and creating a fun, welcoming atmosphere.
- Train & Develop: Train, coach, and develop team members on café procedures, brand standards, and high-quality product preparation.
- Financial Management: Help manage labor, control food and paper costs, and maintain accurate inventory using established tools and guidelines.
- Shift Duties: Assist with opening and closing procedures and perform other duties as needed to maintain a positive, team-focused work culture.
Qualifications
- Language: Bilingual in English and Spanish is a major plus.
- Age & Availability: Must be at least 18 years old with open availability (mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed).
- Experience: At least 1 year of management or supervisory experience preferred (restaurant or retail experience a plus).
- Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a passion for customer service and teamwork.
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Certification : ServSafe certification is preferred, but not required to apply. Candidates without certification must be willing to obtain it
