Laundry Aide – Assisted Living
We are seeking a reliable Laundry Aide to join our Assisted Living team. This position is responsible for collecting, washing, drying, folding, and distributing resident and facility linens and personal laundry in a timely and sanitary manner. The Laundry Aide ensures cleanliness standards are met while handling items with care and respect.
Responsibilities:
Operate washers, dryers, and other laundry equipment safely and efficiently
Sort, wash, dry, fold, and deliver resident clothing and facility linens
Label and track resident clothing as needed
Maintain laundry room cleanliness and supplies
Follow infection control and safety procedures
Qualifications:
Previous laundry, housekeeping, or healthcare experience preferred
Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
Dependable, detail-oriented, and respectful of residents’ belongings
Shifts available: Day Shift/ Evening Shift
