Position Summary We are looking for an energetic and detail-oriented Direct Marketing Assistant to support our marketing team in executing campaigns that connect directly with customers. This is an entry-level role ideal for someone interested in marketing, communications, and brand promotion, with opportunities to grow within the company. The apprenticeship program lasts approximately 12 months and includes on-the-job training and mentorship within a collaborative and creative work environment.
Apprentice Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and executing direct marketing campaigns (events, and promotions)
- Support customer outreach efforts and maintain contact lists
- Track and report on campaign performance and engagement metrics
- Coordinate marketing materials and ensure brand consistency
- Work closely with sales and customer service teams to align messaging
- Help organize promotional events and outreach initiatives
Qualifications
- At least 18 years of age
- U.S. citizen or have the right to work in the U.S.
- Available to commit to a 2000-hour competency-based apprenticeship program (approximately 12 months)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (for non-native speakers a TOEFL score of 80 is recommended)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field is a plus)
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Basic knowledge of marketing principles or willingness to learn
- Highly organized with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
