Sourdough Express is seeking experienced and safety-focused CDL Drivers to join our team. Openings are available for Class A Local/Line Drivers and Class B Local Drivers. Drivers are responsible for the safe and timely transport of freight while representing Sourdough Express with professionalism and reliability.
The CDL Driver is responsible for operating company vehicles to transport goods safely and efficiently while complying with all DOT regulations and company policies.
- Safely operate Class A or Class B commercial vehicles
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
- Transport freight locally and/or on linehaul routes as assigned
- Maintain accurate logs and delivery records
- Load and unload freight as required
- Communicate with dispatch regarding routes and delivery schedules
- Follow all safety procedures and traffic laws
- Promote Sourdough’s Vision, Mission, and Culture statements
- Other duties as assigned
