RECRUITER & ADMINISTRATIVE STAFF
McDonald’s – Coraopolis & Kennedy Township/McKees Rocks, PA Pay: $16–$27 per hour | Hiring Immediately
We are looking for a dynamic, proactive, and highly organized Recruiter & Administrative Staff member to support our independently owned McDonald’s restaurants.
This is a hands-on position for someone who enjoys working with people, takes initiative, stays organized, and knows how to get things done. You will play an important role in helping us find great people, keep our restaurants staffed, and provide administrative support to our management team.
Key Responsibilities
- Actively recruit Crew Members, Managers, Maintenance, and other restaurant positions
- Source candidates through McHire, job boards, social media, community outreach, schools, and other recruiting channels
- Contact applicants quickly and consistently
- Conduct phone screenings and coordinate interviews
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring and onboarding process
- Develop creative strategies to attract qualified applicants
- Build relationships with local schools, community organizations, and employment resources
- Maintain recruiting records and track hiring progress
- Assist with onboarding and new-hire paperwork
- Support employee files, documentation, scheduling, communications, and general administrative needs
- Work closely with restaurant leadership to identify staffing needs and hiring priorities
- Help ensure administrative tasks are completed accurately and on time

Compensation
- $16.00–$27.00 per hour, based on experience, qualifications, and demonstrated ability.
