Duties:
- Prepare and cook food items according to recipes and quality standards
- Assist with food preparation and plating during banquet events
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen area
- Wash dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment
- Buss tables and assist with cleaning dining areas as needed
Skills:
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to help out in various areas of the kitchen and hotel as needed
- Previous experience in a hospitality or food service role is a plus
