About Date & Time
Date & Time is an independent luxury jeweler in Sudbury, Massachusetts, and an Official Rolex Jeweler, also carrying Tudor, Breitling, and a curated selection of fine jewelry. Our service department is central to the business, and this role keeps it running smoothly from intake to pickup.
What you will do
- Take in watch and jewelry repairs, diagnose the work needed, and write accurate estimates
- Quote realistic lead times and prices, and keep clients updated through completion
- Order parts for repairs and stock
- Serve as the main contact for service and online repair inquiries
- Coordinate with watch brands (Rolex, Tudor, Breitling) for estimates and timeline updates
- Ship repair jobs out and track their return
- Keep the watchmaker and jeweler on schedule and service times low
- Quality control finished jobs before they go back to clients
- File CPO (Certified Pre-Owned) watch paperwork
- Handle watch battery changes and minor service at the counter
What we are looking for
- Experience in a jewelry store, watch service, luxury retail, or a detail-driven operations or coordinator role
- Strong organization and follow-through, comfortable juggling many open jobs at once
- Clear, professional communication with clients and vendors
- Working knowledge of watches and jewelry, or a strong willingness to learn quickly
- Accurate, careful, and trustworthy handling of high-value pieces
Watchmaking or bench experience is a plus but not required. This role coordinates and quality-checks service; it does not require performing complex repairs yourself.
Schedule
- Full-time, in person at our Sudbury showroom
- Tuesday through Saturday (store is closed Sunday and Monday)
- One evening per week (Thursdays we are open until 7)
