We are actively seeking a FULL TIME Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for our partner, The Retreat in Hartford, CT. Full time shift includes Monday - Friday 8a-4p, with rotating weekends.

LPN Requirements:
- Must be currently licensed in the State as a Behavioral Health Nurse, preferably with one (1) year of experience.
- Experience with behavioral health required.
- Previous experience with Medicare/OASIS required.
- Assist with on call rotations (paid) and weekend SOC's/ROC's
- Possess good communication and organizational skills.
- Spanish speaking is a plus!
Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN)can provide direct nursing services which include periodic health assessments, teaching, skilled intervention, care coordination, and medication management / medication administration. All of this takes place in the client's home!
